Since 1989 I've been advising the Middlebury Gay Lesbian Bisexual Alliance, now known as MOQA.

At Middlebury I participate in GLEAM, the Gay & Lesbian Employees at Middlebury.

I am also editor of an anthology of Russian gay literature in English, Out of the Blue: Russia's Hidden Gay Literature.
