| George Granberry and one son, Loammi, moved to Hinds County, MS and settled in the same area as his brother's children. George later moved to Copiah County, MS George married twice, and the first wife's name is not known. Was she the mother of any of the Children? Moses of George and Sarah's children moved into Mississippi later than his brother Moses's children did; there is no record of George's descendants prior to 1830. Also, most of them later moved on to Texas, after living in Madison, Rankin, Hinds or Covington Counties at different times during their migration. At least one of George's children stayed in North Carolina, and at least one of them stayed in Georgia. |
