My research interests are in the area of addictive behaviors, especially alcohol consumption. Recent studies have examined the role of cognitive and social factors on differences in alcohol consumption patterns across cultures and how those patterns relate to sexual attitudes and behavior. I am also interested in the relationship between alcohol used, sexual behavior, and risky sex.
