 FC Budgeting

FC Budgeting for student organizations ordinarily occurs in the spring of each year for the following school year. However, below are the items each organization is asked to submit when requesting a budget:

Proposed Budget Template

Proposed Budget Guide

Inventory Sheet (not necessary for new clubs)

Year-end Report (not necessary for new clubs)

Clubs need an advisor but we no longer require an advisor signature. CCAL will verify with your advisor that are indeed linked to your organization.

All forms should be submitted electronically to: sgafc@middlebury.edu.
