| Samuel and Martha lived on the Jasper / Clarke County line, and their family ce metery is just inside Jasper County between Vossburg and Pachuta, MS. THeir chi ldren and grandchildren scattered over Mississippi and Louisiana. Sam was a pla nter, and owned many slaves who were freed at the end of the Civil War. From th at point on, most of the Hiedelbergs became merchants and professional people. |
