We had our Kimbap Workshop on 4/18/09, inviting both Middlebury students and families around Middlebury who have adopted Korean children. The event was a huge success, with about 40 people coming and learning how to make a classic Korean snack with a variety of ingredients, including spinach, ground beef, tuna, and cheese. During the workshop, we also set aside an area for traditional Korean games. Our students and families learned how to play "Yoot", "GoStop", and "Kong-Gi".
