The Town of Middlebury has a fairly sizeable Jewish population. About 50 families belong to the Havurah House, and there is a growing Hebrew School program staffed by Rabbi Ira and students from the college. For many Holidays and certain special occasions, Havurah and Hillel team up and run one event. Students are always welcome to attend twice-monthly Saturday morning services at Havurah.
