2.) This work is based on a Gregorian chant. ("Hosanna to the Son of David")

3.) This piece is based on a Gregorian chant found at #162 in the 1982 Hymnal 
    ("The royal banners forward go")

4.) Based on the hymn "Jesu Konajacy" - the dying Jesus.

5.) Based on the Antiphon to the Benedictus for Good Friday Tenebrae
