Thank you boys!

Certainly one of the most memorable group to don the big "M"
as they played hard and competed every night. Their 42 career
wins had them in the NESCAC playoffs each season.

FOPH wishes all the best of luck in their future endeavors!

Drop 4-1 game to Amherst

Feb 27: Panthers move on with 2-1
win at Hamilton;
Jake Charles scores in OT

Feb 21: Seniors lead charge as Midd
wins finale, 3-1 over Amherst

Senior Evan Neugold swings adound the Amherst net looking
for a scoring chance. Seniors accounted for all three goals on
Senior Night at Kenyon and senior Liam Moorfield-Yee made
21 saves in the win. The Panthers now enter the NESCAC
tournament as the fifth seed and travel to Hamilton for a
first round game.

Feb 20: Midd and Hamilton tie again;
Defense and goaltending shine in 1-1 draw

Senior Ronald fishman strides into the Hamilton zone in the
second period. Fishman scored to knot the game at 1-1 off
a nice feed from Travis Stephens. Senior Liam Moorfield-Yee
stopped 37 Continental shots.

Feb 12; Ephs sweep home-and-home, 3-2;
Midd takes 2-0 lead but can't hang on

Travis Stephens skates through the Williams defense on his way
to the net. Stephens scored on a powerplay with :36 on the clock
in the first and Zach Haggerty continued his scoring streak in the
2nd, but it was not enough as the Ephs scored three unaswered
goals on the way to the win.

Feb. 11: Midd falls at Williams in OT, 5-4

Feb 6: #7 Bantams top Midd, 4-1

Feb 5: Panthers battle Wesleyan to 3-3 draw;
Midd in 6th tie, matches record from 2010

Jan 30: Midd and Tufts in 3-3 deadlock;
McGovern forces OT with 2:33 remaining

Mike Najjar flips the puck into the net off a nice feed from Evan
Neugold to knot the score at 2 during the opening minutes of
the final frame. Tufts regained the lead but Neugold again set up
Bredan McGovern's tying goal and forcing OT.

Jan 29: Panthers in OT thriller;
Gisonti notches winner

The Panthers celebrate Vincent Gisonti's gamewinner as Midd
edged Conn College, 3-2.

Jan 23: Late goal lifts Bowdoin over Midd, 2-1

Jan 22: Panthers beat Colby on road, 4-2;
Klein sharp in net, Neary with 1st career goal

Jan 15: #3 Plattsburgh shuts down Midd, 3-0

Midd buzzed the Cardinals' net and had several quality chances
but could not crack the scoresheet againt a superb Plattsburgh
defense.

Jan 12: #10 Norwich tops Midd, 5-3

Jan 10: #7 Trinity edges Midd in OT;
Panthers with first NESCAC defeat

Kamil Tkaczuk unleashes a shot which finds the back of the Trinity
net putting Midd in a 2-1 lead. Trinity managed to tie the game in
the second. The Panthers dominated the third period but came up
empty and the teams headed into OT. The Bantams scores 55
seconds into the extra frame.

Jan 9: Midd and Wesleyan skate to 3-3- tie

Mike Najjar (19) flips in a rebound off of a Evan Neugold shot
to put Midd up 2-0 early in the third period. Wesleyan stormed
back to tie the game at 2 before Evan Neugold swatted a puck
out of the air and into the net. Wesleyan tied the game 1:33
forcing the scoreless OT period.

Jan 3: Neumann clips Panthers 2-1 in
Holiday Classic finale

Max Greenwald rips a snapshot on net in the first period. Midd
poured 48 shots on the Neumann net but the visitors led 2-0
before Travis Stephens finshed off an end-to-end rush by
flipping the puck under the crossbar. Midd had several good bids
to tie the game but the MVP Knight's netminder held firm.

Jan 2: Panthers thump SUNY-Canton, 6-3

Vincent Gisonti blasts a shot on net. Gisonti tapped in a rebound
just :19 into the game and the Panthers scored two goals in
each period to dominate the visitors.

Midd's goaltending and defense superb

Dec 11: Midd and Hamilton in 3-3 draw;
Moorfield-Yee with 49 saves

Dec 5: Panthers edge Tufts, 3-2;
Midd storms back from 2-0 hole

Dec 4: Midd and Conn in 2-2 deadlock;
Gisonti with EA goal in final minute

Nov 28: Panthers suffer 1-0 setback
vs. Conn College in Primelink Consi

Nov 27: Panthers and Platty in PL battle;
Cards prevail 5-4 in close contest

Jake Charles (10) celebrates his goal just 39 seconds into the
game as Vincent Gisonti (18) and Evan Neugold (29) look on.
The Panthers and Cards battled hard in this see-saw contest
that saw Platty emerge on top with a 3rd period tally.

Nov 22: Panthers settle for 4-4 draw;
Bowdoin battles back from 4-1 down

First-year coach Neil Sinclair directs the boys in Midd's second
contest of the new season. The Panthers were flying, building a
4-1 lead at the end of the first period. The rest of the game,
however, belonged to Bowdoin as they scored once in the 2nd
and tied the contest in the third.

Nov 21: Midd opens strong with a 4-0
blanking of Colby at Kenyon

Stephen Klein and the Panther defense kept the Mules off the
scoresheet as Klein stopped 28 Colby shots and the Panther
offense, led by Captain Evan Neugold with 3 assists, had 35
shots and dominated territorially for long stretches.
