News & Events
Last Updated: 11.05.2007
News and information on our major Spring events is below. Weekly meetings are held Wednesdays at 9:00PM in Pearsons Lounge.
3rd Info Session: Hillary Clinton
After successful presentations on John Edwards and Bill Richardson, we will give our second informal informal info session on Senator Hillary Clinton. We will cover her general platform, her personal information, and her stances on the economy, environment, foreign policy, immigration, the war in Iraq, and more! Come with lots of questions!
The War in Iraq
Watch the dining halls in the next few weeks for posters about the candidates' positions on the war in Iraq. Want clarification? Come to our Weekly meetings!
Education Debate with College Republicans
The topics so far are Affirmative Action, No Child Left Behind, School Evaluation, Evolution and Prayer in Schools. Come to our weekly meetings if you're interested in debating or researching.
Fall Events Planning — Bi-monthly meetings, Pearsons Lounge, 9:00
The best way to get involved is to come to our Bi-weekly meeetings. We want as much student input as possible on speakers, screenings, information sessions, and trips to New Hampshire. It's going to be a busy fall and it all starts at the first meeting.
PRIMARY SCHEDULE:
*Note: If you are interested in registering to vote for a primary in your home State or in Vermont, Midd Dems CANNOT register you but CAN put you in touch with an on campus notary who can give you the proper paperwork.
