Now the Russification of Netscape Navigator 3 is done. Yet everytime
you go to a Russian page, the Russian will still be displayed like this:
Upon seeing this, click on the Options menu and go to Document Encoding.
Then select Cyrillic(KOI8-R). 
The result should be 
If, however, you still cannot read Russian, then click on the Options menu again and go to Document Encoding and try selecting Cyrillic(Win1251).
