About the Team
> Founded in 1999, the Middlebury College Water Polo Club competes in both Men's and Women's divisions in the fall and spring respectively. Both teams play a three to four tournament schedule in the New England Club Division of the National Collegiate Water Polo Association (NCWPA) . Trips to Ottawa and scrimmages with non-division teams, such as Williams and Exeter, generate a challenging season, allowing players to improve and hone their polo skills. With the 2004 season, Middlebury Men's Polo demonstrated that they are capable of competing at the national club level. In the Division Championships, Middlebury was able to beat its rival, Dartmouth College, a momentous occassion that allows the team to play at Club Nationals. After dominating the Division III Club scene, this small Vermont school is ready to prove that it can move to the next level.
